We do sell termite baits, but would generally recommend that an experienced pest inspector be engaged at least annually, to check the structures out. It takes an experienced eye, to detect them in the early stages. I don't recommend DIY when it comes to termites unless you know what you are doing. When it comes to our home or investment property and hundreds of thousounds of dollars tied up in that a few hundred to a $1000 for protection is a small price to pay. Just to add.
